2ms Acer LCD Screen for Gamers!
Well, well. See what Acer has brought into the picture. While many serious gamers still use CRTs for optimal monitor response times, I’m sure there will be some gamers that will love this latest baby by Acer: The 20″ Acer 1915D. With a 2ms reponse time, about half its predecessor, the AL1951C, this LCD screen is expected to attract the portion of the gaming crowd that not only desire fast response times, but sleek displays.
However, most gamers won’t even notice the reponse time improvement, even for for some fast-paced first person shooters like Quake and Unreal Tournament. So, in the end, it’s really up to individual preference.
