Acer To Use Seagate 160GB Notebook HDD

Finally, some interesting news. It is reported that Acer (and Asustek) may soon launch notebooks that use Seagate Technology’s new 2.5-inch notebook hard disc drive (HDD) - which is built on perpendicular recording technology - as early as March. This storage powerhouse spins at 5400 RPM, with a power-saving 4200 RPM mode.

This is amazing stuff alright. So, when can we get notebooks with 1 TB RAID?
